Identity papers, the casino account, and the payout destination are one check, not three separate errands. Cash-out desks compare the name on the account with the name on the document and with the name on the bank or wallet that will receive the money. A mismatch holds the request even when the slot balance is real and the crypto transaction would otherwise be valid. The hold is a name problem. Sending a second, larger withdrawal does not clear the first one.
Account, document, and destination
Do the comparison while the balance is still a small test withdrawal. Open the account profile and read the legal name as the cashier stores it. Lay the document beside it. Then read the beneficiary name on the bank account, or the exchange account, that you intend to use. Initials, a married name, or a company account will fail a personal KYC file. A wallet you control can still be questioned if the casino has asked for a named destination and you paste a friend’s address. Fix the profile, or pick a destination that already matches, before the test leaves the cashier.
Run the check before the balance grows
Keep the test at the minimum the cashier allows. Wait until that small cash-out is either paid or refused with a reason you can read. If the reason is the name, correct the document or the destination and submit the test again. Only after one paid test should a larger balance move. A jackpot credit sitting in the same cashier is still subject to the same name match. The size of the win does not relax it. Treat the first successful small withdrawal as the proof that the three names agree.
