An XRP or TON transfer without the tag can miss the casino account

Memo fields on chains such as XRP or TON exist because many customers share a deposit address at the casino or at the exchange in front of it. The cashier prints a destination tag, a memo, or a comment, and that extra string is how the credit is routed to your account. A transfer that omits the tag can confirm on-chain, show a finished status in the wallet, and still never appear on the balance. The coins moved. They did not land on your ledger line. That is not a delay in the slot. It is a routing miss.

The chain can confirm and the cashier can still see nothing

Read the cashier instructions for the asset you actually selected. XRP tags and TON memos are not interchangeable with a note you used last month on a different coin, and they are not optional because the wallet called them a comment. Paste the tag the page is showing now. Some wallets hide the memo box until you toggle it. A send with the box collapsed is a send without the tag. Confirm the asset, the address, and the tag as three fields. Two out of three is the failure mode this note is about.

Copy the tag that belongs to this deposit

If a transfer already left without the tag, stop sending a second, larger one to the same incomplete destination. Record the transaction id and the exact time, and use the cashier’s stated recovery path if it has one. Recovery is not guaranteed, because the shared address may not be able to tell which customer was intended. For the next deposit, send the minimum the casino accepts, with the tag, and wait until the cashier marks it credited. Only then move a bigger amount. A jackpot you plan to withdraw later does not fix a deposit that never credited.
